Thank you so much. I loved the call I joined. It was good hearing from everyone and finding out we all go through things. Some similar and some not. I am doing good. I last drank on May 1st. I don't miss it or crave it. It's almost like I was a different person. Like a lifetime ago. I know it sounds crazy. I can't explain it. When I joined the challenge I wasn't sure how I was going to do. I'm so happy with how l'm doing.

I'm feeling extra sleepy today, but so encouraged. This is perhaps the longest streak of time l've been allowing of myself, shamelessly living and allowing space for all my things (emptions. Feels. ravenous food cravings lol). But i also notice that with that holding space, I can be more present with the day and in how I interact with those around me. Im not in my head cuz of all the "im-not-good-enoughs." I am here, just as I am, and that has allowed me to be open to the world in a way I perhaps have never been before, even during sober streaks.
There is intention now. There is love.
